Its hass been a very pleasant experience to visit this website. Indeed, I had not been introduced to the AoA beyond reading about its conference in Hanoi (in the annual report of the Sindh Ombudsman Office).

As a knowledge worker who does not have a great respect for the rather poor knowledge component in Pakistan’s public sector, I am pleasantly surprised to see that such immense work has been done by the federal ombudsman’s secretariat in Pakistan for the AoA.

My compliments to the team which developed this website and all the progressive elements in the federal ombudsman’s secretariat.

Thank you very much for your encouraging comments. In fact, as has been mentioned in the introductory posts, this is primarily an online space for the AOA members and we welcome your contributions, be it news items, a best practice you may want to share or perhaps a query that you may wish to pose for other visitors.

Since this blog is visited by people from several other countries, it can also be used for exchange of views and ideas. The AOA Secretariat plans to introduce new interactive elements like polls etc. so do watch this space.
